This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed on www.ratnakshi.com and Ratnakshi assisted channels.

A. Order Processing & Dispatch

1) Ready-made / In-stock Jewellery

  • Dispatch within 1–3 working days after order confirmation and payment verification.

2) Customised / Made-to-Order Jewellery

  • Timelines vary based on design complexity and gemstone availability.
  • The estimated production + dispatch timeline is shared during consultation and confirmed after design approval.
  • Custom orders are dispatched only after full payment is received (advance to start + balance before dispatch).

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).


B. Shipping Charges

India

  • Free shipping across India.

International

  • Free international shipping for orders above ₹20,000.
  • For orders below ₹20,000, international shipping charges are calculated based on destination and communicated at checkout/before payment.

C. Delivery Timelines (Estimated)

India

  • Estimated delivery: 5–12 working days after dispatch, depending on location and courier serviceability.

International

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Delays may occur due to customs inspections, peak seasons, weather, or courier constraints.

D. Tracking

  • Tracking details are shared via email/WhatsApp/SMS (as applicable) after dispatch.
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

E. Delivery Address, Attempts & Returns-to-Origin

  • Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are correct.
  • Couriers usually attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery fails due to incorrect address/unavailability/refusal, the shipment may return to origin.

In such cases, we can:

  • Re-ship at actual shipping charges, or
  • Process a refund/exchange (where eligible) after deducting forward/return shipping and handling (as applicable).

F. Secure Packaging & High-Value Deliveries

  • Orders are shipped in secure, tamper-evident packaging.
  • Some shipments may require signature on delivery and/or basic KYC as per courier/regulatory requirements.

G. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local charges levied by the destination country.
  • Customs authorities may request additional details/documents from the recipient; delays due to customs are outside Ratnakshi’s control.

H. Damaged / Missing / Lost Shipments

  • Damaged/wrong item: report within 72 hours of delivery with photos/videos (unboxing video recommended).
  • Marked delivered but not received: report within 48 hours so we can raise a courier investigation.
  • If a shipment is confirmed lost after investigation, Ratnakshi will support a replacement/refund as appropriate.
